Shipping and Handling: We ship via US postal priority mail, unless you request special handling, or we determine that UPS is more cost efficient due to the weight and size of the shipment. (For example, ikebana supplies)  

Sales Tax: There is no sales tax on orders placed outside Georgia.  Georgia residents will be charged 7% sales tax. This tax is automatically calculated on online store orders.

Note: Washi Catalog ($25), Rubber Stamp Catalog ($6.50) and Stencil Catalog ($6.50) include s/h. Shipping charges for Paper Potpourri Assortments are $.90 each. 

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with any item we ship, you may exchange it or request a complete refund -- less shipping and handling charges -- within 30 days of shipping, provided the item is returned in unused condition. Your charge card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged on all exchanges and returns, and the customer must pay return shipping charge unless it is a Washi Accents shipping error.

Backorders: Occasionally we experience out-of-stock situations due to supply fluctuations. If items must be backordered, we will alert you to approximate shipping dates. Your credit card will not be charged for a backordered item until it is shipped to you.

Privacy Policy: Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.  This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
